Flowers printed with Craft foam

We have already worked with this interesting material that can be etched, cut, shaped, glued, colored and printed. In order to  understand the light and shadow on a solid we drew  the shades on a group of objects with a pencil. Vases strangely shaped

Vases and bottles with whimsical shapes have been invented by the students of the seventh grade in an interesting exercise of symmetry. Starting from a vertical line, that is our symmetry axis, we drew two ellipses, one at the top and one at the bottom of the line. Those are the opening, and the bottom of our vase. With this simple drawing we put into practice the value, the theory of the shadows, and the representation of space in classes of seventh grade. The tubes are drawn with a ruler on the drawing pad. To stay on the theme of Autumn, we drew leaves using the subject of the lines.
