Ci siamo ispirati all’arte degli Aborigeni Australiani per disegnare queste tazze, cercando di riprodurre i colori e le decorazioni tipiche di questa antica cultura.
Abbiamo usato pastelli ad olio su carta da pacco per per fare i disegni e successivamente abbiamo dipinto gli spazi tra i segni con colori a tempera, usando una serie di colori caldi sui toni marrone e rossi.
Per completare i dipinti abbiamo fatto delle decorazioni con pallini bianchi, stampati in tempera bianca con il retro di una matita.
These are impressive. I like many things, the brown paper, the oil pastels and the way you've used a pencil rubber to apply the dots.

Thank you Gretchen! Perhaps they applied too many dots… At the end I stopped them because they enjoy making dots! However the result is so decorative!!
